Is it free to participate in the Social Recruiting Rally?
In past years, the Rally was free — and it was amazing to see the community come together to grow their skills. This year, we’ve expanded the event to bring together the full elements that make a real impact: expert-led training, AI-powered tools, ready-to-use templates, performance benchmarks and personalized support. It’s a complete experience designed to elevate your strategy, grow your influence and drive meaningful results in social recruiting... in two short months.

How much time will it take to participate?
We start with a 3-hour Live Workshop, and then offer 30-minute Learn With Lori sessions, and conclude with a 1-hour wrapup to share results and lessons learned. Once we've helped you create your content plan, you'll spend 15 minutes each week to post as well as monitor your analytics. You’ll also gain access to exclusive resources that you can dive into at your own pace.

Do I need to be experienced at social media?
Nope! All skill levels can participate and will learn what works to do social recruiting better.

Will I be given access to the Rally Inside Recruitment Marketing Tool?
Yes, you’ll be given a paid Rally Inside with Rally AI account for 2 months that you'll use to create content and track, measure and report on post performance. After the rally is over on July 21, access to Rally AI will be removed, but you can continue to use the Free version of Rally Inside to know what works best to attract talent to your company.
- Can my team participate or is it just one person from each employer?
Yes, your whole team can participate! Each person should register separately.
- Which social media channels do I need to post to?
We’ll be testing social recruiting content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. You can post to one or all three of these channels during the rally. You can also create content for other social channels if you choose.
- Do I need to publish to our corporate social accounts in order to participate?
No, you can publish to any type of social account: corporate, dedicated careers accounts or your personal accounts. This year, we will have specific training and content for your personal LinkedIn.
- I already have a Rally Inside account. Can I participate in the Social Recruiting Rally too?
