**What You'll Be Doing:**
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, offering a friendly ear and solutions to their inquiries.
- Resolve complaints with a mix of patience, creativity, and a dash of humor, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
- Illuminate our products and services for customers, guiding them through features and benefits like a seasoned storyteller.
- Act as the customer's champion, using your interactions to suggest improvements to our customer service processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams, sharing customer insights that help shape our business strategies.
- Keep a keen eye on response times, aiming to set new records in speed without sacrificing the warmth and accuracy of your support.
- Enhance our customer satisfaction ratings, turning frowns upside down and ensuring our customers feel like part of the Rally family.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, challenging the status quo and helping us innovate our customer service experience.
- Stay agile and open to covering occasional evening shifts during peak times, because great service never sleeps.

**What We're Looking For:**
*Experience:*
- A background in any field where you've honed your communication skills; customer service experience is a plus but not a must.
- A history of problem-solving, whether in work or daily life, showing us you're ready to tackle the unexpected.
*Skills:*
- Stellar communication abilities, capable of making complex information easy and enjoyable.
- A natural empathy, allowing you to connect with customers and understand their needs on a deeper level.
- Problem-solving prowess, with a knack for finding solutions that leave everyone smiling.
- Grace under pressure, maintaining your cool and humor in challenging situations.
*Tools:*
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite; Zendesk knowledge is a cherry on top.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies that enhance our customer service experience.

**Salary Range:**
